Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Saarthi account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Please send an email to g1mishra.dev@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Saarthi account (the Google account you used to sign in).

In your email, include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• • Your user profile information (Name, Email, Google ID).
• • Any synced favorites stored on our servers.
• • Your premium purchase records linked to your account.

Data Retention

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of all your personal data from our servers within 14 days. We do not retain any copies of your data after deletion is completed.

Note on Local Data

Deleting your account on our servers does not automatically remove data stored locally on your device (e.g., local app preferences, downloaded content packs). To clear this local data, please uninstall the Saarthi app from your device.
